Onni roof elements are perfectly structured/have the perfect composition: They are well ventilated, insulated with mineral wool and equipped with a moisture barrier on the inside. Building with prefabricated roof modules is quick and cost-effective.
With traditional roof construction many work phases need to be executed on-site. Also, seasonal shifts, project size and schedule are considerable factors. Produced under ideal conditions – with roof modules any building gets speedily and cost-efficiently weathertight and heated/warm.
Installing the roof modules is done quickly: It is possible during one workday to cover an area of 1000 m². This way time consuming, weather dependent and dangerous roofing work on-site is kept to a minimum. Additionally, there is no need to store large quantities of building materials on the construction site for roofing purposes.
Onni roof elements reduce building costs considerably when building for example industrial and sports halls, malls, agricultural and residential buildings. Projects can be repair/renovation sites or new buildings from scratch. We supply all types of wooden roof modules, taking into account project-specific requirements, such as fire protection regulations and surface materials, on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the building frame, the elements will be positioned either facing the ridge or parallel to it.
Delivery also includes module planning, which should be scheduled to start immediately with the beginning of the project, because with growing spans between the building’s structural elements substantial costs for LVL-framed elements can be spared. We deliver Finland-wide, mounting included.
Typical module lengths are 8 – 21 m with a width of about 2,5 m. Producing longer elements is possible, transport routes being almost the only limiting factor. The longest element to-date was 23 metres long.
Module planning, which is included in delivery, should be scheduled to start immediately with the beginning of the project, because with growing spans between the building’s structural elements substantial costs for the LVL-framed elements can be spared.
